Chresa was born in Wyoming but moved to the beautiful state of Colorado not long after. Chresa graduated from Fort Collins High School and went on to study Biblical Theology at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX.

Chresa has over a decade long journey in Real Estate, with C3 Real Estate, and currently serves all of Northern Colorado. She loves the relationships that are built in Real Estate. There is a sense of community that is rare in a lot of other professions. Clients of hers have become dear friends. Chresa is largely referral-based, as those who work with her love to tell their friends and family about her services.

Chresa is passionate about walking her clients through the whole process of Buying and Selling. She wants to help you achieve your goals whether it’s purchasing an investment property, selling your lifetime home, finding your dream home, or getting one step closer to it! She truly wants to make the process simple, smooth, and FUN!

Chresa and her husband, Joel currently live in Windsor, Colorado and have 3 beautiful children. Ada, Jameson and Maggie!

They are active members in their community as well as attend and serve alongside City Lights Church in Greeley!

When Chresa isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her kids, Crossfit and golf with her husband!
